Family Law

Attorney Sullivan has been representing children, parents, grandparents and foster parents for over twenty-five years throughout the Juvenile and District courts in Massachusetts.  He has worked with the Department of Children and Families (DCF), and has been involved in a number of care and protection cases.  His advocacy can give you a voice in the protection of your rights, or that of your children.


Juvenile

The Juvenile Courts were established in Massachusetts in 1978.  Attorney Sullivan has represented a myriad of clients for both court-appointed and privately retained matters.  He has assisted juveniles in criminal matters, child in need of services cases, as well as care and protection cases.  He is a strong advocate of the rights of both the child and the parent.
